Introducing the basics of finance for entrepreneurs where you will learn and understand financial statements, cash flow, budgeting and cost variances and how to use them in your daily business operations.

Introduction to Oil & Gas

The Introduction to Oil and Gas module provides an overview of Brunei's history of the Oil and Gas Industry including Brunei Shell Joint Venture (BSJV) companies activities. The module includes introduction to In-Country Value (ICV) and initiatives to support SMEs and align with the local business development objectives.

Introduction to Quality Management

The module provides awareness on the Quality standards of BSP and to understand the Quality Management System for different types of operation areas.

Introduction to Supply Chain Management and BSJV Tendering Process

The Supply Chain Management department is solely responsible in managing the Contracts and Procurement for BSP and is governed by a tendering process which includes sourcing strategy, invitation to tender up until award of contract. This module provides an understanding of the BJSV tender process and to be familiar with the basic elements of a qualitative tender submission.
